Following the Spiritual Path Within the Christ Mind

In this article I am commenting on Master Jesus ‘words: Many ascended master students over the last decades have thought that: “When I walk the path of Christhood and attain a level of Christ consciousness, this means I will be victorious in everything I do.[1]
The Beginning of the Spiritual Path is Coloured by the Ego
As our Masters have often told us, their teachings are aimed at taking us from the 48th to the 96th level of consciousness.
Therefore, inevitably, our encounter with the Ascended Masters' teachings is very much coloured by the ego, and it could not be otherwise. At this level, our sense of identity is merged with duality.
You may now be thinking, 'How can we be in duality and be spiritual people?'
Well, not only is it possible, it is also the deeper reality. We choose the side of the spectrum of intentions that we think is the 'godly' one:
We strive to be 'good people', 'pure in intention', and so on. Don't you see that we are in duality when we try to avoid all 'bad habits' or behaviours?
Initially, we all strive to attain 'moral superiority' based on what we perceive in the collective consciousness as 'evil' or undesirable habits, behaviours, or values. This is still an expression of dualistic consciousness.
Striving to be a 'good person' is a process of separating from the collective consciousness.
Firstly, we need to acknowledge that when we decide to separate from the collective consciousness, we inevitably put ourselves in opposition to it.
However, as we grow spiritually, we must also accept what Master Jesus tells us: that we must stop trying to be victorious in everything we do on Earth.
The main reason for this is that if we keep comparing ourselves to others, blaming others, or trying to prove them wrong, we cannot progress on the spiritual path because we do not let the Christ mind express itself through us.
We needed this dualistic standard that made us feel 'better than others' in the 'moral sense', but at some point we must acknowledge that 'morality' is an expression of duality that will prevent us from succeeding beyond a certain point.
The Christ Mind is Neutral , is Beyond ‘Good and Evil’
The purpose of Christ is not to judge people and separate the ‘good’ from the ‘evil’. These are standards created by dualistic criteria, which are valid up to the 96th level of consciousness, but cannot take us any further.
No one has ever ascended by fulfilling moral criteria defined by dualistic consciousness, which engages humankind in perpetual ego and epic dramas. This divides people into groups, with one group thinking it has the truth and therefore excluding the other.
These sorts of games may be played at the beginning of our spiritual journey, but they will not lead us to salvation.
Why? Because they prevent us from expressing the Christ mind.
The Christ mind is the only one that can further our spiritual growth. If it is true that this mind 'brings the judgement of Christ', then it is also true that we, as beings immersed in duality, cannot judge others.
As spiritual students, we therefore need to strive for common ground when dealing with others and ourselves, always striving to overcome division and separation.
The Crist Mind Always Looks for Unity
The dualistic mind always creates division and conflict among people.
The easiest way to know if we are responding to a situation involving others in the 'highest' way is to ask ourselves: am I trying to overcome the perspective of 'being right', or am I trying to find common ground by considering both our perspectives and trying to find a solution that accounts for our interests?
We may be surprised by an intuitive response that shows us, without reasoning, what the better solution is.
This is because, when we open ourselves to a perspective that unites rather than divides, we can find the best solution to the problem, as shown by the Christ mind.
The Christ mind does not tell us what to do. It is not a 'judge', like the 'moral consciousness' that gives a command. Moral judgement is born from duality consciousness, the fallen consciousness.
'Morality' is a justification for all the epic and ego-driven dramas taking place on this planet. It certainly does not express the mind of Christ. It divides people into two opposing groups: the 'good' and the 'bad'.
The Christ mind transcends this, as it is connected to the law of free will
